I have worked with Core Therapy for over two years in various roles. Core Therapy has assisted me in prevention of reoccurring cycling related injuries. Core Therapy has developed appropriately targeted treatments that have allowed me to progress to broader elements of good riding skills such as balance, flexibility, core strength and coordination. I can only say great things about Danny at Core Therapy. He has done an amazing job fixing my sports injuries and general muscle issues. I had a particular tricky problem with a tight stomach muscle (that presented with symptoms in my back, mainly) that anyone else would have written off as a sore back. He fixed it in one session! Would highly recommend Core Therapy and will definately be going back there again for a great massage.
