Injury Prevention A Bit Of A Stretch

If you're stretched for time, physiotherapist Dr Robert Herbert suggests you ditch the stretching and get right into your exercise routine. The author of a controversial report published in the BMJ last year debunks advice that coaches have been giving athletes for decades. He says stretching before or after exercise won't stave off sore muscles nor does it prevent injuries.
